Grilled Romaine Hearts with Real Bleu Cheese Dressing and Cherry Tomatoes

  1. Slice two romaine hearts down the middle. Clean the ends.
  2. Dress romaine hearts with olive oil. Place face down on grill for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add 4 ounces Cindy's Kitchen Real Bleu Cheese Dressing and 1/4 cup cream or half & half to bowl, whisk for 10-15 seconds.
  4. Place Real Bleu Cheese Dressing on grilled romaine hearts, top with halved or quartered cherry tomatoes. Enjoy!
