Chipotle Ancho Fish Tacos

Directions

  1. Portion all side ingredients: sour cream, cheese, chopped lettuce, salsa, chopped onion and guacamole.
  2. Heat hard taco shells in over, soft taco shells in saute pan.
  3. Cook fish in saute pan until it flakes apart, about five minutes. Finish with Cindy's Kitchen Chipotle Ancho Vinaigrette.
  4. To serve plate hard or soft taco shells then add fish and portioned side ingredients to taco shells.
