Moroccan Lamb Chops

  1. Wash lamb gently with water, slice each chop individually. Paper towel dry.
  2. Sprinkle lamb with salt & pepper, add 2 oz. Olive Oil, and 4 oz. Cindy's Kitchen Traditional Moroccan Ultimate Sauce.
  3. Marinate for 2 hours, or up to 24 hours.
  4. Grill lamb on medium high heat for about 5 minutes. Flip lamb and grill for additional 2 minutes.
  5. To serve, garnish with rosemary and sliced, fresh scallions.
