Southwest Chicken Salad from Roche Bros

Directions

  1. Place field greens in bowl.
  2. Finely chop cilantro, deseed and slice avocado.
  3. Top with black bean and corn salsa.
  4. Grill chicken breast until fully cooked, about 10 minutes, slice and top.
  5. Toss all with Cindy's Kitchen Chipotle Ranch dressing.
  6. Top with crispy tortillas and serve.
