Korean Kim Chi Tofu Vegetarian Stir-Fry

Directions

  1. First cut fresh scallions, ginger, and garlic. Cube bell peppers and slice and cube extra firm tofu.
  2. In a large wok or skillet, fry extra firm tofu in organic sunflower oil over medium-high heat until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from wok, set tofu aside.
  3. Saute fresh ginger and garlic in 1 tablespoon of organic sunflower oil for about 10 seconds. Stir in bell peppers, extra firm tofu, and Korean Kim Chi Stir-Fry Sauce. Cook and toss for an additional 1-2 minutes.
  4. To serve, plate tofu stir-fry and top with fresh scallions and sesame seeds. Serve alongside white rice topped with black and white sesame seeds.
