Caprese Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

  1. Halve 1 cup yellow and 1 cup red cherry tomatoes.
  2. Thinly slice or chiffonade 1 bunch fresh basil by stacking, rolling and slicing.
  3. Add 1 cup fresh BelGioioso buffalo mozzarella pearls.
  4. Drizzle with 2 ounces Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Cindy's Kitchen Balsamic Vinaigrette with Omega 3 to serve.
