Brie and Berry Salad with Raspberry Nectar Vinaigrette

  1. Wash and plate spinach
  2. Add raspberries, golden raspberries, and blueberries
  3. Halve fresh strawberries, quarter golden delicious apple, top
  4. Cut brie cheese wedge into 3/4 inch pieces, top
  5. To serve add almond slivers and Cindy's Kitchen Raspberry Nectar Vinaigrette to taste.

  • 1 cup, strawberries, halved
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup golden raspberries
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup almond slivers
  • 8 ounce wedge brie cheese, cut into 3/4 inch pieces
  • 1 golden delicious apple, quartered
