Fire Roasted Red Pepper with Goat Cheese Crostini on French Baguette

Directions

  1. Set grill to 400 degrees. Slice baguette rounds then set aside.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Gently brush baguette rounds with olive oil.
  3. Grill until toasted and lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes for each side. Set aside.
  4. Top baguette rounds with Cindy's Kitchen Fire Roasted Red Pepper with Goat Cheese to taste.
  5. To serve, plate and top with chopped fresh basil.
