Original Creamy Miso Seafood Salad

Directions

  1. Chop napa cabbage. Place chopped cabbage in salad bowl.
  2. Lightly toss shrimp with Cindy's Kitchen Fresh Scallion & Ginger Marinade
  3. Grill shrimp on each side for 2-3 minutes. Add extra marinade throughout grilling.
  4. Add mushrooms, edamame beans, shredded carrots, red peppers and crab meat to napa cabbage; toss.
  5. Place grilled shrimp on top of salad. Garnish with fresh scallions.
  6. To serve, finish by drizzling Cindy's Kitchen Original Creamy Miso dressing to taste over grilled shrimp and salad.
