Classic Pear Salad

  1. Wash, chop and plate romaine hearts and curly endives.
  2. Slice and coat pears in light amber maple syrup.
  3. Cut and crumble gorgonzola cheese.
  4. Chop fresh dates and pecans, plate.
  5. To serve, finish with Cindy's Kitchen Pear Vinaigrette to taste.
