Shrimp Wontons with Mango Coconut & Pepper Cream Cheese

  1. Prepare cream cheese by mixing with Mango Coconut & Pepper Marinade.
  2. Whip egg yolk and water together to make an egg wash.
  3. Place small scoop of cream cheese mix in center of wonton wrapper, place one small cooked shrimp on top.
  4. Brush edge of filled wonton with egg wash, fold over point to point like a triangle, let dry.
  5. Heat oil to 350 degrees in a deep sauce pan.
  6. Fry wontons until crisp and golden brown.
  7. To serve plate and garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
