White Wine & Garlic Steamed Mussels

  1. To prepare bread, brush with olive oil and minced garlic. Toast until golden brown.
  2. Rinse mussels in colander.
  3. Set sauté pan over medium-high heat; add 4 ounces of Cindy's Kitchen White Wine & Garlic Mussels Steamer Sauce and 1 pound of mussels.
  4. Steam mussels for about 3-5 minutes or until mussels open. Discard any mussels that do not open.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of white (navy) beans.
  6. To serve, plate mussels and top with fresh scallions. Pair with crusty bread.
